Generally, we all doubt whether our lives will be affected by consuming too much or not. Many scientists have tried in the laboratory to solve this problem.
A Russian scientist with a similar mindset conducted a study
on mice in a Russian biological laboratory to find out what over-intake and
under-intake affect our lifespan.
He created two groups of mice for this study. One is a group
of rats that eat less nutritious food and the other is a group of rats that eat
more of the same nutritious food. He kept feeding the rats like this.
A certain type of rat in a row consumed less food and a
certain type of rat in a row ate more food. Curious to know the outcome, he
noted each time whether any other changes occurred in the bodies of the mice.
He also started recording the changes in the body parts,
viscera etc. of the mice. Do you know what the result of this study was? In the
end, he described through mice that the mice that ate the least amount of food
lived longer.
Surely we all have
doubts about whether eating too much will be harmful or eating less will be
harmful. Some studies like this indicate that eating enough can extend our
lives while eating too much can affect our lives.
Because by eating too much food, our body parts have to work
too much. Due to this, the internal organs suffer more wear and tear. If we
suddenly drink a certain amount of water, our bodies will be affected a lot.
Drinking water is good but drinking too much can damage the
kidneys due to overwork. In the same way, if we eat too much food continuously
when our internal organs find it difficult to digest that food, it is likely to
affect our lives.
Especially at night,
our intestines are at rest when we sleep, then if you consume too much food, if
all parts of the body are at rest if only your intestines are working
excessively, it will affect your life.
Nutritious foods should be taken only when we are running and
moderate foods when we are resting will be beneficial for our health.
