Humans experience some fear when disputes, conflicts and disappointments occur, till then courage and the idea that we can do anything is naturally present in humans, but only after problems arise in our own lives, do humans develop fear.

The solutions they undertake are often inadequate and until the problems are solved, feelings of anxiety, depression, irritability etc. develop when faced with anxiety. We engage in various behaviors which are called psychological techniques.

They fall into various phases between the two extremes of suppression and emotionalization. Suppressors avoid or exclude stressful situations. Suppressing can manifest as association, agreement, hostility, attribution of pleasantness, expressive emotional expression, distasteful teaching, fantasy, and perpetuation of compensatory behaviour.

Certain types of reactions are more disruptive. We may also engage in certain behaviours that were previously appropriate and are now inadequate. The inability to progress to mature states is called determinism.

Those who think that they have been forced into that situation with no other option, smoke and drink alcohol to forget their worries. Some people prefer to withdraw from others in adolescence, young adulthood, and early childhood because of their high mindset.

Some people suffer from unnecessary anxiety due to anxiety and fear. Anxiety causes disorders in the body. Some mental illnesses that cannot be corrected for behaviour can develop from psychological damage or neurological damage.

Psychological diseases can have more impact on life if various symptoms are present in both. Hallucinations and psychosis are severe and require immediate treatment with psychoactive drugs, and neurological involvement should be referred to a neurologist.

Depression, stress, depression etc. can be resolved by consulting psychologists. Mental health can be kept safe through linear thinking, self-reliance, faith, entertainment, and helping others. It requires the cooperation of family, friends and well-wishers.

Acceptance as it is a fundamental process of mental health. Accepting who you are in reality is healthier than living in a fantasy world. These include formulating valid action objectives, setting achievable goals, and avoiding unnecessary conflicts.

Realize what you can achieve and set your goals and efforts accordingly. One should approach one's own problems with an action-oriented approach without looking at oneself or others.

Perception of anxiety.

It is better to accept than avoid the feeling that anxiety is present. We experience anxiety in situations where our experiences create fear and therefore we cannot avoid it. Even if you keep it unexpressed, you can avoid it by realizing it directly and finding a solution.

If you have a toothache, you should go to the dentist. If you don't go to the doctor because you think that if you have to extract a tooth, it will cause severe pain, the toothache will increase and other organs will be affected.

If you go to the doctor, you can get a solution without extracting the tooth or even extracting the tooth will not affect much. So we know that postponing worry can be beneficial in confronting and resolving it. Worry, like our pain, cannot be avoided and can only grow worse if avoided. So it is better to face the anxiety and try to fix it than to seek relief from the pain.

Trying to deflect the problem is futile and psychologists call such attempts defense techniques. By examining one's behavior one can avoid such negative actions. How can a student blame the teacher for getting low marks in a subject? Aren't many of the rest of the students getting good marks?

 If you feel that it is because you did not go to many classes and did not study the missed subjects properly, you can at least prepare well for the next exam and get good marks.

If one gets angry over a small matter, something else may be bothering him, so if one takes a good look at one's behaviour one can change from distracting the problem. If not, problems will get bigger and new problems will arise. So we have to understand the problems and try to solve them.

Realizing one's defensive efforts helps one realize the motives of one's actions. It takes a good deal of effort as one's motives are buried deep within the mind and behavior needs to be analyzed and understood. Understand what your goals are.
