Is human digital screen use harmful? Or evolution?

Mobile phone use has become an integral part of modern life. Every day, we spend many hours on our mobile phones and laptops.

Our eyes get tired continuously due to spending more time on TV, mobile, laptop, etc. At times, this has a huge impact, but it is not only us; it has become the habit of billions of people in every country to use this digital screen.

Many doctors say that our continuous use of electronic devices can expose us to nuclear radiation and damage our eyes. On the one hand, this habit that is present in so many crores of people will be affected by this habit, which can be carried to the next generation. Or will it evolve? There may be confusion.

There is no known research on this but there is a lot to research on this. Everything has evolved, the early man walked narrowly, then he walked upright in the habits of life, the fur on the body of the early man was more and the fur decreased over time, all this is the evolution of man.

A habit that continues for centuries can evolve according to human habits. Some viruses are newly introduced and evolve over time to become permanent. Every living thing in the world is capable of evolution due to changes in time and environment. Here's an example: Jean Baptiste Lamarck published an evolutionary study. He explained a rule about the use of body parts.

According to that rule, he said that the organs that are constantly in high use will develop well and the organs that are not used will eventually become useless and stop developing.

He took the giraffe as an example. He explained that the length of the giraffe's neck, which was stretched to eat leaves on tall tree branches where only the neck is high, eventually became longer and the reason for this change was need and thought.

In this way, all living things in the world have evolved under some circumstances. There must be a situation for the human race or any other species to appear. The organism that appears thus evolves to continue living.

Similarly, the habits that we may have will evolve over time but is the use of these electronic devices a habit that can stay with us or will such use after development affect us? Saying is always a question mark.

As long as we continue to eat nutritious and healthy foods, our next generation will be in the same healthy generation, if we don't get healthy food, the next generation may become an unhealthy generation.

Likewise, we must think whether the use of these electronic devices, which this generation uses more, will affect the next generation or evolve to adapt to this habit. Eyes are affected by continuous viewing of digital screens and it is a habit of the entire population. It can be decided only after research whether our eyes or the eyes of the descendants who may come after us will have the power to face the damage caused by that digital screen and cope with it.

What we mean here is that there are various types of biological research going on and it would be an excellent topic for scientists to conduct research on whether the use of human biology is evolutionary or effective. Because if it affects we can cut this usage in half a little bit or if it evolves we can think about what the next generation change will be.

The ability to cope with the events that can happen in the lives of people in the world, all these have given evolution to the next generation. Likewise, it would be beneficial for scientists to conduct research to determine what kind of change some habits that have stuck with our lives will cause in the future.

Although there are many things to be researched, it will be a huge change for humanity when research is done by taking such life habits.
