Frequent belching is not as common as we think because it can be a symptom of various problems in the body. An overabundance of parasites in the body can also cause bloating and frequent belching.

much air which causes belching but inhaling and exhaling air is not a bad habit
it is a right habit.
Some people drink soft drinks and soda because they think
they have more gas in the stomach. Undercooked food, pulses, fish and tubers
cause flatulence in the stomach, causing belching.

Eating too fast while wearing tight clothing is more likely
to cause stomach problems, indigestion and digestive problems. Eating slowly
and patiently is the best way to prevent unnecessary stomach upsets.
